Since we have a team who shares the load - No sick days, No no-shows, No turnover. Your business likely doesn't run on Mondays and Thursdays when a part-time employee can work - isn't there a collection of tasks that need to be completed DAILY for your business to function properly? That's where we come in - we're a part-time employee who can work when things come up, every day of the week.

We are a team of two! Two brothers, actually. You will converse and work alongside both of us to complete your tasks. Should you have a special request, such as a monthly newsletter or marketing emails (for example), we employ a team of professionals who are skilled in many areas to complete that task at a high level. You will always converse with one of the Wiles brothers for all of your needs - we aim to keep communication direct and simple.

No limit at all. Our pricing models revolves around how many tasks can be juggled and completed at one time (like a real employee) - not how many total tasks are given. We politely ask that you submit your tasks in order of highest priority - or use our calendar system to create recurring/future tasks you want to have completed down the line so we may plan accordingly.

If we come across something, we will communicate with you right away to work on a solution. There isn't a lot of work we won't do in the "menial tasks you want to off-load" department, but a few examples that come to mind would be HIPAA Violations, PhD-level Math, and... Quantum Physics. We are designed to do your part-time, annoying-type of work that a full-time employee wouldn't normally handle (the little things that end up falling on the owner or manager). No matter what, we will communicate with you should there be a concern.

It's not uncommon as part-time is, by nature, not full-time work. What you're paying for is the freedom to off-load those tasks when they come up so they can be completed right away - not two days later when your part-time employee is on the schedule. There will be days when tasks stack up, reoccurring days where you don't have to think about it any more (distribute invoices every Friday, as an example), and days where all of the tasks you submitted to us are complete and you take a vacation!

We humbly ask that you communicate with us if something is wrong. We are good at solving problems - we just need to know what those problems are. If you feel the quality of work isn't up to your standards - simply re-submit the task with an explanation of what needs to be improved and we will get right on it - double time. Just like all employees we sometimes make mistakes - we ask for grace and professionalism when that happens. We will always do our best to make it right for you - you are the boss, after all.

Cancel anytime. Just like letting go of an employee, payment will be prorated to the last day of service. All we ask is for a brief exit interview so we may improve our quality - if that's not unreasonable?

We prorate to the last date of service and will refund the remainder of the month, as needed. Since we are a contract employee you are hiring, it's difficult to refund work that has already been completed. As a boss, we can't just take away pay from an employee who worked the hours. Hopefully that doesn't sound unfair?
